The Best of Panama (BOP) is widely regarded as one of the world’s premier coffee auctions, consistently setting new benchmarks for both auction prices and cupping scores since 2017. Our goal is to faithfully match the cupping profiles judged by the expert juries in Panama, delivering the true essence of BOP coffees to buyers worldwide. For this year’s auction, we’ve developed custom roast profiles for 18 top-tier washed Geisha, 18 natural Geisha, and 14 exceptional varietal lots. This allows buyers to perfectly replicate the same flavors experienced by the judges during the final evaluations.
