Based out of the UAE, our purpose is to ensure a steady supply of high-grade, traceable, and often exclusive green coffee beans and deliver solid outcomes for our partner farmers and roasters. We are a part of Al Saqr General Trading Co. LLC which has 35 + years of solid legacy in commodity trading.

As one of the new age importers of specialty coffee we are committed towards creating a sustainable pricing model, and are continuously working to develop a transparent supply chain system to safeguard roasters timelines. Oh no, this is not all, we want to create a seamless belt of reliability with efforts made to showcase the farm and market scenarios to the roasters in order to help them, sourcing the right coffees at the right time.

Quality

The most sensitive part of the coffee starts right from the terroir. Terroir decides allot about coffee’s personality then, leading us to the varietal and farm practices to extract near to precise statistics for our selection process. Soon after, we keep our markets in mind and closely observe the processing of the coffees and the results of it. At our cupping and quality lab facility in Dubai we have our QC and procurement team working together to source finest of the cups with a view of how the roasters can portrait them to their consumers.

Traceability

We all have been witnessing traceability as a crucial part of specialty coffee industry, but that’s one side of coin. Our aim to supply 100% Traceable coffees is to try justifying the efforts a farmer / grower. We are trying to reflect the day and night hardship made by the processing team in your cup. We aim to highlight how precious coffees have been to us as we have seen a minor difference in climate can severely affect the terroir and the plants. This is why we want to deliver 100% traceable coffees.
